Another Day

And I'm EXHAUSTED. So the band that Joey joined last year-ROCKSHOW-entered a local radio house band concert and they KICKED ASS. Out of all the bands, they were CLEARLY the most talented and I'm not saying it because I love the guys. However, they did not win last night. They came in 2nd place. Even though all of us know who the true winners were, some of us felt that the contest was slightly rigged. The winning band had only been together for 3 weeks.........3 WEEKS. And when they won, it was very obvious that they knew the DJ and way too many people in the audience. It just didn't add up. But that's neither here nor there...tonight Derek and Beatle from the band will be playing an acoustic set tonight at a local restaurant and I'm looking forward to it.
