Slowly

I'm slowly getting back to my weight loss routine. I actually worked out this morning, the first time in a while. As for the eating...the healthy eating comes and goes. Hopefully, I can stay on top of it.

Ya know...you are posting faster than I can read....wow, alot has been going on with you. The bookmarks are adorable. How is Zeit? As for weight loss...I lost a whopping .5 lbs! I'm hoping I'll feel more motivated to jump on the treadmill at the end of the week with the weather becoming more spring like...I feel like hibernating right now!
